When the Simpro’s team arrived in Singapore, we were well prepared for the site tour. The team spent four hours over two days visiting all the available offices that we had scheduled for them. As a result, the team was able to efficiently narrow down their choices to two offices that closely matched their requirements.

Once the team returned to Australia, they had internal discussions with their higher management and selected the final option. We then began negotiations to secure the fully furnished office, which featured a similar design to the client’s expectations.

Thanks to our efforts, Simpro was able to secure a new office that was ready for immediate operation and did not have to worry about the complex task of managing a fit-out project remotely for their Singapore office.

The Chief of Operations visited the new office after it was taken possession of and was extremely pleased with the space we helped to secure. Even today, the team continues to express their satisfaction with the new office in Singapore.
